Keep It Simple

Mechanics of Maintencance

“KEEP IT SIMPLE”

Our Mechanics of Maintenance philosophy is to keep every aspect of your maintenance program simple. Necessary in this approach is the completion of Work Process Flows. From the time a work or purchase order is created to its completion, every step in the process needs to be known and kept simple. This exercise poses fundamental questions to all those involved.

This guarantees that personnel know their roles in the business process flow, which allows for easy identification of problem areas or gaps in the system. This concept is a gradual process where we provide a step-by-step implementation plan.
